📜 🐍 STORY / ABOUT

Every medicine is an invitation to a unique experience and this one is an invitation to the Heart of the Forest, the great Amazon itself!

We walked into the forest and we stood in awe in front of nature's majesty.
While experiencing the richness of its sounds we heard the chanting of women from far away and we approached to find more.
In front of the burning fire, we felt surprised to meet two women with Indian headdresses in a state of trance, singing sweet and powerful chants.

Moto / Tonguere is a prayer, a blessing chant performed and recorded live by Asi Rua & Hukena Yawanawa to serve as an invitation for their first tour in Europe.

Asi Rua & Hukena are both female healers and medicine women from Brazil who have been studying and working with sacred plants inside the tradition of the Yawanawa Indigenous People.
In this live capture, the two female forces merge on a sacred melodic marriage and shapeshift several times under the force of their musical meeting.

This recording is an invitation to the seeker of the personal truth, to the explorer of the unknown, to the courageous defender of love, and carries a message of empowerment and feminine manifestation.

👩🏼 ⚡ ABOUT ASI RUA / BARBARA BRANCO (BR)

Asi Rua is a Brazilian healer. In 2006 she had been diagnosed with a chronic disease and after many years of conventional treatment with no results, she found her cure through the native medicines of the Huni Kuin tribe.

After that incident, she dedicated herself to studying the relationship between health and spiritual awareness, studying in-depth energetic and body therapies, ancient healing techniques, and spiritual traditions, with Brazilian and North American Indians and different elders and spiritual leaders from around the world.

She has visited the Amazon forest several times to deepen her studies in native Brazilian traditions of the Kaxinawa and Yawanawa people and go through sacred diets. For the last four years, she has been organizing and hosting spiritual ceremonies in São Paulo with pajés from the Kaxinawa, Yawanawa, and Shipibo people.

Since 2014 she has guided people from different parts of the world into the Amazon forest, to heal themselves with the traditional medicines of the Huni Kuin and Yawanawa people in their tribes, and to study the spiritual knowledge of the indigenous culture.
